The harness isn't really made to be stretchy but it seems to fit well and it's really adorable. On a side note it might be a good idea to order within an extra inch or two than what you measured for your cat. It could have been my crappy measuring but I ordered the small the first time and it was a tiny bit too smallby like half an inch. I immediately sent it back and ordered the next size up and as you can see it fits my cat perfectly.
