Our smaller doberman of 60 pounds was spayed and we wanted this in conjunction with a soft e-collar. This surgical suit just makes sense. It's perfect. Follow the measurements and size chart, order your dogs size. It fits like a glove. I commend the manufacturer and seller for a fine product. We have had many dogs over many years and this is by far the best fitting post-surgical suit we've used. The design is also super nice and easy to put on her. The velcro tipped straps make it adjustible to her waist size. It covers her incision, and she actually likes wearing it. The tail hole is perfectly placed as well. One of the best purchases I've made on Amazon.
