fits smaller than i expected. had to size upThis is the best harness. I took the Velcro tags off since I just love how this harness fits perfectly.The perfect fit for my pup. Easily adjusted and easy to clean. Great for training.This is the first harness I purchased for my Standard Poodle as we train for herbto be my Service Dog.It is a very solidly built harness. Fits very well once it is adjusted properly. It is difficult to figure out how to adjust it. There are no instructions or diagram for the adjustable straps. I tried to improve the fit several times before I could find the third strap. This caused it to be loose and she slipped out of it several times.The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the Velcro straps are already starting to unravel along the sides. I figure this will be a good beginning harness as it is very highly adjustable.I like that the patches are large enough to easily see.The clip is very hard to undo when taking it off. I struggle with it. It is good to have a strong clip, but some people with weaker hands will not be able to do this.Ordered Small Size. Massive bulky overbearing, unlike my little 12 pound dog. Even though he thinks he's big, it fit him like a lunar spacesuit or a Hulk Hogan costume, or a Humvee. Returned even though it fit, it just looked ridiculously bulky. (Think smallest warrior dog on the planet, or Mad Max: Fury Dog.) Well made though, and perhaps the larger sizes for larger dogs are awesome. I guess ya cannot always take a big good thing and make a small good thing. ALL that, for... what? It would probably protect him from a pack of wolves, as long as he tucked his little face somewhere. But here's the funny part: it made his head look really small, and that's not a good look for such a mighty dog as he.This harness is amazing! 100% customizable to body. I was a able to put it on my Dutch Sheppard/Lab and custom fit to her. From the belly strap, chest piece connecting to it and the chest piece that connects from shoulder to shoulder. There are three total different way to adjust the vest to make it fit best! Quality seems pretty good. I really like the reflective lettering, she's only worn it for 5 minutes and ends to really break it in. She does seen stiff in it since it's the most bulky thing she's worn.She's 65lbs and 29.5cm in girth, ordered a Large. I think it fits pretty good. Wondering if a Medium would be better, she's only 10 months. Won't return do to still growing.We have used this vest occasionally for last 5 months for our 100+lb Rottweilers. Our rescue used to run and cower when grabbing a leash. Grab this and he comes running and is ready to work. Quality product that has held up. There is no padding under the buckle, which apparently bothers me more than my boys, a more sensitive dog might have issues.I love these harnesses. I have another one that's going on 6 years old and is still in great shape. So when I got a new puppy I got her a new harness. Very happy and it fits her well!I loooove it!! It fits perfectly my pomchi ❤ The only thing is that i found the "in training" signs tiny and not bright. So i switch them for bigger ones than i already had.
